Caregiving Serivices/Home Care

Our home care is provided by certified nursing assistants who are mature individuals, carefully selected and screened with investigative bureaus.  We carefully check references, credentials and driving records.  All of our caregivers are bonded, fully insured and follow our Caregiver Code of Conduct.  Our turnover is extraordinarily low.  On average, our caregivers have worked for us for more than two years and may have worked for us as long as 25 years.

We provide good wages, thorough training, paid leave and health and dental insurance so that you know your caregiver is a valued employee.

Our caregivers assist our clients through a written care plan developed with the client and supervised by a professional care manager.  It can include:

  • Personal care such as bathing and dressing
  • Taking medications
  • Blood Glucose monitoring
  • Providing companionship and engagement
  • Accompany to appointments, activities and events
  • Light housekeeping, laundry, shopping for and preparing meals.

Caregiver Requirements
  • Caregiving experience
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and insurance
  • 18 years of age
  • Transferring and lifting abilities
  • Satisfactory results from Caregiver Background Check
  • No disqualifying conviction record
  • Three satisfactory professional references
